JULY CURB APPEAL

July 23, 2022. Curb Appeal was the plan. We managed to connect with Ben Windsor of Senior Resources of Guilford. He pointed us in the direction of a couple of ladies that benefited from our help. It was fantastic to see how appreciative they were. 90+ degrees, battling snakes, and climbing on roofs. A day well spent. At the first house we trimmed tree limbs from the huge oaks, removed some tarps that had LIVE surprises, and cut back some brush at the property edge. At the second home, we were asked to tidy up the back yard from all the pennoak leaves trapping moisture and creating numerous problems. The leaves were tiny and it took a bit of cunning but we tamed the leaves, bagged them, and cleaned the deck up very nice. We would have loved to pressure wash the deck and paint it....however the landlord at the property was less than receptive about having this done!!!!
